This session will focus on improving communication and fostering a sense of belonging with yourself, peers, and students alike in a virtual environment. Participants will have the opportunity to self-reflect, gain new knowledge, and share experiences in this interactive session that synthesizes Arbinger Institute philosophies and real-world examples of challenges we face while attempting to bridge the gap between online communication and genuine human connection.
