E-rate Discussion: What's New, and What Do You Need?

Abstract: I am submitting an incomplete abstract for this session because I anticipate there will be new/late-breaking rules, details, or other timely updates to the E-rate program at this time that have not been announced yet and are therefore unforeseeable right now. Possible topics could include (and are subject to USAC announcements); changes in how discount percentages are calculated; if E-rate will begin determining rules for funding Wi-Fi on buses, and if they are in a period of collecting feedback from applicants and advocates. I am happy to write a more generic description of this session, but would love to include specifics in the description if news/announcements are made in Dec-Jan. Session could be either 45 or 90 minutes.
