Education leaders face major challenges and opportunities to ensure every learner has access and support to be successful in developing the skills they need for the future.  Developing an effective plan for technology integration depends on the systems in place for implementation and support.  The overall “systemness” of the organization exists when the minds and hearts of the people are working together for the betterment of the system, and it is a defining characteristic of the culture.  In this session, we will learn more about how to strategically develop a system to integrate technology to cultivate and deliver a learner-centered, equity focused instructional foundation for ALL learners. We will discuss and demonstrate how Microsoft Education tools, such as Microsoft Teams, Immersive Reader, and Reading Progress, can be used to create systems of communication and collaboration, as well as create equitable and accessible education solutions to foster student agency and impact learning outcome.  Together we can build an innovative system for leading, teaching, and learning for the future.
