My name is Heidi Thompson. I live in SE Idaho and have taught 5th-grade science for nine years. I love my big family, my dog Sadie, corn dogs, and pop tarts.  I helped create a 12-week computer science course that each 5th grader gets to take part in. I think computer science is the coolest subject to teach; it's even cooler to watch students participate in our program at school.
